A native Floridian and Jacksonville resident since 1996, Rosie has proudly helped hundreds of families buy, sell, rent, and invest in properties across the region. Rosie began her real estate journey in 1997 with a small custom builder before joining Watson Realty in 1999, where she thrived in roles ranging from trainer to assistant manager. In 2012, she co-founded Atlantic Shores Realty to create a more agent-focused, innovative brokerage model.
