I've been living at The Skylar for a few months now, and have overall enjoyed my experience as a resident. The unit is spacious with a great view of west Miami, is super close to the Jackson Health Center, River Landing, and the Airport. The walk to and from could be prettier, but it's pretty manageable for daily commute.
The elevators have been causing some issues, but here's to hoping new management will address these issues. The community areas are pretty well maintained and have really... added to our experience living here (we love the pool deck!).
Trash is convenient and the hallways stay pretty clean, even being a pet friendly building. The residents here are all pretty laidback with a nice mix of families and young professionals. I look forward to the next year living here and hope to see the same experience!

Mejorar el mentenimiento y la atencion al resdente , tambien los estacionamientos para visitantes son pocos. El mantenimiento y el servicio con los ascensores es urguente mejorar . Nunca funcionan todos

La seguridad ha decaído, los inquilinos están dejan las zonas comunes muy sucias, hacen reuniones hasta altas horas de la noche, con muchos invitados, dejan entrar a cualquiera sin saber si habitan en el edificio, los ascensores se dañan constantemente, la piscina no le hacen la limpieza necesaria, no hay juegos para niños, los apartamentos necesitan una modernización.
