La seguridad ha decaído, los inquilinos están dejan las zonas comunes muy sucias, hacen reuniones hasta altas horas de la noche, con muchos invitados, dejan entrar a cualquiera sin saber si habitan en el edificio, los ascensores se dañan constantemente, la piscina no le hacen la limpieza necesaria, no hay juegos para niños, los apartamentos necesitan una modernización.

Lot of things have change since first time I move here. Staff, maintenance Of the building, security and amenities. We pay a high rent we need to live in a good and nice place.

Everything has been Great however public amenities maintenance could be faster. For example, the hot tub, elevators, etc. these things are included in our cost of living and therefore should be a priority
