Estoy viendo la posibilidad de vivir en este sitio, pues me encantó la amplitud de sus apartamentos, la atención e información suministrada por las personas encargadas y más que se me dio información sobre algunos proyectos que se vienen desarrollando para mejorar su estructura y fachada, igualmente es muy agradable que te reciban con unos buenos días, con una gran sonrisa y eso me lo brindaron en mi tour, Madeline, Alexya y Paola, son personas muy amables!!!

This place used to be great but has fallen tremendously in value. Between poor management, awful neighbors, loud construction, elevator problems, parking garage dangers, lack of cameras, stolen packages. It’s a shame

I've been living at The Skylar for a few months now, and have overall enjoyed my experience as a resident. The unit is spacious with a great view of west Miami, is super close to the Jackson Health Center, River Landing, and the Airport. The walk to and from could be prettier, but it's pretty manageable for daily commute.
The elevators have been causing some issues, but here's to hoping new management will address these issues. The community areas are pretty well maintained and have really... added to our experience living here (we love the pool deck!).
Trash is convenient and the hallways stay pretty clean, even being a pet friendly building. The residents here are all pretty laidback with a nice mix of families and young professionals. I look forward to the next year living here and hope to see the same experience!

Mejorar el mentenimiento y la atencion al resdente , tambien los estacionamientos para visitantes son pocos. El mantenimiento y el servicio con los ascensores es urguente mejorar . Nunca funcionan todos
