Great service and friendly residents! We’ve just barely moved in, but Kellen answered LOTS of questions for me. He was friendly and really made me feel confident that The Walk was the right choice. So far lots of people have walked by with dogs and been so friendly! The building is so close to Las Olas for convenience, but still maintains a quiet, neighborhood vibe. The place is kept very clean and there are great amenities! I’m so excited to start our new life there!

Josh was excellent!!! 100/10 Josh Henson was extremely helpful and really made the tour more enjoyable. Had the answers to all my questions and the overall tour experience was great. The building itself seems professionally managed, and maintained. Looking forward to moving in soon!

great location There's a lot of negativity on the comments about this place but my observations are it is always clean and great amenities. The only negative are all the dogs and the owners can't seem to clean up after them.
