Don’t move there

Properties that maintain or taking care of, multiple facilities don’t work over or are out of work like the gym, car wash station, second pool, the grills are absolutely disgusting, dog park is full of ants and trash.
We have a gate that doesn’t close and we have people breaking into our cars and management has done nothing about it.
Can’t forget about work orders… they put completed but don’t actually fix the issue.

Do your research before you decide to move in

I've lived in this complex for almost eight years. Two years ago, a new owner took over, and since then, there have been four different management companies and more than a handful of managers and assistant managers. There has been no consistent maintenance team in the last two years, meaning that apartment issues often go unresolved for days or even weeks.

While the newer apartments may look nice, the level of service does not match the price you're paying.

One of the most serious issues is...
the lack of proper lighting outside at night, which is extremely dangerous. I have been asking for over two years for someone to fix the lights, and nothing has been done.

The sidewalks are cracked and uneven, and despite repeated promises to repair them—promises made since I moved in—no work has been done.

This makes walking around the complex at night very risky. You're forced to choose between walking on dark, broken sidewalks or risking your safety on the road,

RKW= DOUBLE utilities and 'amenity fee"!

Has partnered with company out of TX to do water, sewer, etc. Rate DOUBLED!
New Amenity Fee but do not know what or why.
Gates still broken and trash and parking is mess

Hi, we work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone. It's discouraging to see that you had a negative experience. To shed a bit of light on the increased utility, what you may not have noticed is that the service dates are for 1.5 months... as a true up for the months that we did not charge utilities during the transition. Utility bills will stabilize to normal service days in March/April. We will investigate the \"amenity fee\" double charge, so thank you for bringing it to our attention. In regard to trash, we have changed the schedule to accommodate what works best for the community as a whole, adjusting to a Friday night pick up. We appreciate the residents that ensure they keep their community clean and allow us opportunities to give more time to directly servicing the resident needs.

STAY AWAY

The WORST management ever. Gate is always open, never closed, pool doors fully open at the first pool (doors barely hanging), fence is broken so people from near by places come to the community to use pool and gym. Now because everything is open homeless people come there and use pool and hang out there. There is a huge parking problem. There is trash problem, I’ve seen several mouses lately . Oh if you will have maintenance request, forget about it, they will either never come or will come take... a look and say they will fix but it will never happen. This community got new management and guess what? It’s awful. We’ve got mold and been telling them for the past few months about it and nothing is done. There is bees on the balcony, it flies to the townhouse, they never fixed this issue. Got roaches, we had to wait more than a month for pest control to show up. Person from pest control told us we will be having roaches because the bottom of the cabinets is rotten, have some water and it’s perfect living conditions for roaches. There was a leak never fixed.. AC was leaking they came twice and it’s still leaking. This community will put some paint on the walls so you do not see mold just give it a little time it will show up and they will do nothing about it. Believe me there is good communities, but Preserve definitely not the one. STAY AWAY!!!

Stay away!!!!

I regret to say that my experience with this apartment complex has been disappointing due to their consistent failure to address and fix repairs promptly. This lack of responsiveness has made my living situation less than satisfactory. They claim luxury, that is a lie. They claim to be a gated community, I have never seen that gate close. Stay away Presevre at Deercreek is not what it is portrayed as.
