I beg you guys not to move here
I don’t usually leave reviews, and if I do, they’re good ones. But I just had to…The apartment is spacious and it’s close to everything. Other than that, it’s trash. If you don’t care about the elevators never working, or the fact that you can see cracks on the first floor, the dirtiness and smells of the building, a lot of pest. The laundry ruining your clothes, the water pressure constantly changing and having to be turned off, NO PARKING, the leasing office doesn’t care about you and... customer service is foreign to them. The security is pretty non existent. I can go on. Don’t move here. I do not recommend. I’m leaving as soon as I can.

Easy move in process
I recently moved at the community. The management team was warm and inviting and made me feel confident in my decision to choose Grand Island as my new residence. The application process was was thorough yet extremely easy and the staff was easily accessible to answer any questions I had. Communication is open, transparent, and friendly. I felt very welcomed throughout the move in process. During my move in, my unit was extremely clean and literally ready for me to just bring my belongings and... settle in. I like my new home.

Great!
Me and my husband have been living here for a year so far and we love it. This place is close to everything you need, walmart, banks, food, ect. And our job is not that far away from here as well. Way better than where we used to be that's for sure. We love taking walks/jogs at snake canal creek park and everyone is really nice and friendly. No one bothers us in the building/unit we are in so that's also good. I mean, every place will have there own flaws and right now, me and my husband are... good here. ??
