Terrible management, terrible maintenance staff and outrageously expensive
My one year at Gables 37 Grand was a nightmare. Half the the year the garage door never worked, so you would have to call the front desk to have them open it. Half the time no one was at the front desk and you would literally wait up to 15 minutes to get a hold of them just to open the garage door to park. They never once fulfilled a maintenance request, which was annoying and forced me to hire outside plumbers and buy my own air filters. They ding you with charges you were never made aware... of. The last straw was when they increased rent by 25%. There are many superior buildings in Brickell and Coral Gables that are much nicer and cheaper.
