Air conditioners constantly break down leaving your without A/C in Summer. Elevators constantly break down leaving you to climb 5 flights of stairs. Constant construction noise. Horrible property manager who is rude and lies on residents. Dirty hallways. Residents are not allowed to have guests at the pool. Constant parking issues. No property investment or upkeep. Not enough parking for residents. German cockroaches. Maintenance is awful.

These apartments SUCK
Don't waste your money. My place was infested with cockroaches the entire time I lived there. They're old and significantly overpriced. That said, the staff was really great. If I remember correctly there was a young woman named Jessica who worked in the leasing office who was super sweat and helpful. But the apartments are trash.

Amazing property
The management at this property have their act together. Everything from signing the lease agreement, to moving in was seamless. They are also extremely attentive to their residents' needs. The property itself as well as the common areas are always impeccable. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a peaceful, family oriented haven.

Do not move here
I’ve been living her for a year and can’t wait to move. I’ve gotten stuck in their cheap elevators for over 30 min with my children. They towed our car more than 4 times because there is no parking anywhere before 7pm at night. I went To the office to mention it and he girls are rude and said we can’t do anything about the parking. This is because they get a cut from the tow truck company. The maintenance people come into your home with no notice and they have done it while I was sleeping, very... scary. Not a safe neighborhood.
