Bathroom vanities, medicine cabinets, light fixtures were all replaced with brand new ones. Bathtubs were professionally re-glazed and are essentially brand new. All window and siding door coverings were replaced with brand new ones. All walls, baseboards and ceilings were painted. The air conditioning unit both in the unit and on the roof were replaced within the last two years. Each of the bedrooms have large walk in closets. The unit has its own laundry room with large storage space. The unit is also on the top floor so that there is never any noise from the unit above. There are two assigned parking spaces conveniently located at the front of the building and more guest parking then you will find any where else. While there are many buildings that look like this one, there are only two that form a part of this condominium community. So, when you see the pictures of the green space and swimming pool, its only this building and the one across from this building that uses these facilities. Having spent many, many weeks at the condo while the work was taking place, as the owner of the condo I can tell you that the people who live here are extraordinary friendly.
No smoking allowed either inside the unit or on the balcony. The the tenant does NOT pay for the water utility service. Tenant does NOT pay any of the Home Owner Association fees. Tenant DOES pays for his/her electric and internet service. Tenant is required to obtain renter's insurance to protect against liability should his/her negligence cause injury to others.
