This place forces you to use their Internet and cable provider which their Internet is very slow and always losing signal. When you call the Internet company they say that they’re working on it but it would take 6-12 hours just to get it running again. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who relays on good Internet service to work from home.

I moved here about 2 years ago because our office is in Miami Lakes.

First, the location is fantastic. I can walk to Main Street where there’s an array of restaurants, shops, coffee, my gym, etc. it is priceless to live in a great small - town feel community.

The apartment is also great. The appliances are great and my favorite is how much space we have in our room.

The best thing about the Courtyards, however, is the great staff. Everyone wants to help, from the custodians to the front... desk, all the way to the manager, Yami. Every time I’ve asked for anything, Yami seems to be on it right away and sends a team member immediately- it makes all the difference. The ladies at the front desk also have a great attitude. Just Moved out but definitely would have stayed if not relocating out of Miami. Rachel and Christy were the nicest ladies to deal with from day one. They were very efficient and were always willing to help with any requests. The apartment complex is super quiet and well kept. There is always cleaning and upkeeping of the entire complex. Maintenance to the apartment if needed was always quick and the workers always very nice.
The laundry rooms were clean and machines repaired quickly if needed... . The location is perfect walking distance to the park, restaurants, movie theater and even the library, We can honestly say our experience living there was GREAT! Read More

The apartments here are much bigger than others in the area. The leasing agent Rachel was super helpful and sweet. she made the application & approval process super easy

Hemos vivido aqui por 3 años ya,
La officina deveria mejorar sus horas de operacion para las comodidades.
La piscina la cierran a las 5pm, cuando muchos llegan de trabajar despues y no pueden entretenerse. Muchos lugares habren hasta la 8pm. Usen el de seguridad pa cerrar.
No hay area para los niños entretenerse y la gente manejan muy rapido.
La area de tennis siempre esta cerrada a las 4pm y cuando llamas te dicen que es la hora de officina. Ni son honesto y ponen horas.
Pusieron unas puertas... de metal atras con un candado y no son capas de poner horas cuando la sierran.
Los laundry siempre estan sucio y muchas maquinas tienen oxido o mold.
Suben la renta $200+ pero no mejoran las actividades o los lugares
