Management is very unprofessional and rude. When you call the office regarding a problem they make it seem as though you as the paying resident is bothering them instead of solving the issue with no attitude. Also while speaking with a couple of my neighboring residents we have noticed multiple issues regarding the air conditioning unit in the home. The unit turns to the heat setting by it’s self often causing a large cloud of smoke to fill the house and when you tell management they state that... we the residents turned on our heat when we didn’t. Willow lakes is the best place I have ever lived in. It is safe. The working staff is very professional. The management is great and always avaliable to help. They conduct monthly inspections to check that all equipments are working and all safety measurements are in place. It has a great family welcome enviroment. The prices are affordable. I do have to get it to management team by keeping up with the property, and the residents. I don't know about any one else but when ever I have a problem they are on top of it. the place is very quite and peaceful with or with out the office being open. the manager is always on top of everything and it may be a bother to other people but it shows me that I can feel safe where I call home. if they do not know they will find out and handle the situation accordingly. The apartments are nice but management (THE WHOLE STAFF)definitely needs to improve... The leasing person is very unprofessional! They hardly ever answer the phone.
There is an inspection every month, and maintenance doesn't give you a chance to open your door before they walk in.. there is ALWAYS someone moving out and I see why..
