Beware of Flamingo Point! Hidden Fees and Poor Package Security
If you’re considering moving to Flamingo Point, think twice. I’ve had multiple packages stolen here, even though I pay a $75 annual fee for package services. High value items are stolen and you can see shady individuals walking around the unsecured package room taking deliveries. This happens to all residents. When I contacted management, they shrugged off my concerns, claiming no responsibility—despite UPS providing proof that building staff accepted my packages. This lack of accountability and... security is shocking, especially for a luxury building.
Additionally, Flamingo Point charges hidden fees totaling $200-$300 every month on top of advertised rent, including a $90 monthly gym fee. If you value transparency, secure package handling, and reliable management, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Nice building...unless you're above dog park
Renter beware: while the building is nice and amenities solid, there is non-stop barking (before 7am) if you have a unit that is near the dog park (in North building from the x20 to x40 unit number).
This stems from the dog watchers not monitoring the dogs and poor dog control (including off leash) by dog owners. Despite repeated complaints, including time-stamped videos, management does nothing on this. Other residents have shared similar complaints with us when questioned.
