Broken Fridge This building does a spectacular job at doing the absolute least. My refrigerator has not been cooling properly. I placed a service request. It was addressed a day and a half later not keeping in mind that food does infect spoil additionally, when I came back to the unit after my ticket had been closed and marked as complete. All of the items from my freezer were still in my refrigerator. The temperature was simply turned down to four after it wasn’t cooling at seven and of course... I woke up this morning and my refrigerator was not cooling. You guys always seem to do the bare minimum and for what I’m paying in rent you really should do a better job of servicing your residence. Unfortunately, your guys lack of service does not surprise me. Despite the claims by Southgate Towers, this is the furthest thing from a luxury residential building. The way in which the residence are served is that of a two star motel.

Internet connection problem The service was fast and even though the problem was connectivity which usually the provider will solve, the guys went above and beyond to resolve it!
