New Management
New management has taken over this year. Building access is now less secure, guests no longer required to check in at desk or present ID allowing unmonitored access to elevator and units, previous security services that patrolled property are gone, concierge services no longer exist, no valet, parking garage across the street for residents is more expensive and less convenient including assigned roof parking, new key code entry that malfunctions often, staff directed to question residents and... their guests they do not recognize and require proof of residence while using amenities, elevators always failing, dog park is now inaccessible with new retail in North Tower, dog park now shared with illicit substance use community and is crowded after hours. Overall, previous close knit feeling left with the old company, along with the majority of the beloved staff. 2 stars for stellar views, very walkable neighborhood, and easy access to highway.

Please put in a service request for our maintenance team to check your... entry code system. Recent parking garage changes were made to provide assigned parking spaces for our residents. Our Concierge Team is available 24/7, and the valet services were removed in 2020 during Covid-19. No one ever wants an elevator to be out of order and we contact our elevator vendor immediately at the first sign of a concern so we can get our elevator back online and functioning properly as quickly as we can. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. All of our leasing and maintenance staff work very hard to meet the needs of our residents.
