The only thing this place has going for it is its close proximity to hurlburt field. If you dont care about being close to the base then either save your money and get a place that is cheaper and a little bit farther or just rent a house and get more square footage for each dollar you spend.

The staff, the amenities, the location, the apartment, and the rent were all selling features for us. At 85 and 90 years old, we left an "Independent Living" type facility for seniors as this apartment suits us much better.

I am from out of state and needed to move in within a week. The staff impressed me with how efficient and quick they were able to answer all my questions and set up the leasing process with me. Even though I had to do everything online, I ran into no issues and the move in was smooth. Clean environment, friendly atmosphere and cute apartment which is perfect for what we needed.

Renaissance is super clean and always a friendly environment with plenty to do around the community, from Starbucks and more restaurants and stores nearby, to the more than kind staff willing to help with anything you need. Not to mention, the location is close to Destin without being in the middle of the traffic city. 11/10
