Mold infestation, going to put it on the news to warn others due to multiple chances of trying todo the right thing and just agree to mutually agree to release me of my lease instead I was told mold and mildew poses no threat and AC closet is full of it New AC was even installed on a rotten piece of wood. Get professionals that actually know the statuses and laws due to tenant rights.

Beautiful property, love the greenery and lushness of the bushes around the property. There a Swimming pool, Hym, a little Dog park play area for kids and most of a it’s a secured community.

The leasing team was fantastic, they helped work around the scheduling constraints that came with my new job and made the move-in a smooth and easy process. The apartment is very spacious and in a great location in regards to shopping and the beach, I look forward to the rest of my time here.
