Renters insurance is mandatory for all tenants Pet policy - MAX 25lbs for any combination of pets, MAX 2 pets (no aggressive breeds) with pet screening fee of $25, minimum $300 additional deposit for dog and $150 for cat, non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog and $150 for cat, $25/mo per dog and $15/mo per cat. Applicants with dogs are required to provide a photo, animal license, current shot records and have renter's insurance with pet liability. $85 non-refundable application fee for each adult covers credit and background check; $100 administrative fee will be charged upon approval. The unit will not be reserved for applicant until administrative fee is received by management. Our bad luck crashed in 3s Sometimes it just an always something. Usually will be inevitable like that in this wheel we run on in a game called life we are all forced to play. Haha, all jokes aside , been down on some unfortunate luck, heavy hitters, but Shavon and staff have been incredibly patient, helpful, and super patient with our shortcomings lately. We bouncing back slowly, but love this new managements positivity , optimistic attitude, and constant reinforcement. If there is a will... there is a way and God is good. Thankful for this team, and look forward to shining on the block again! VERY SOON! Life’s hard guys, but we got this, and when you have wonderful, real down to earth, relatable staff always there to go above and beyond, hard times tend to get easier !

Thank you Shavon and crew! Now dig us a pool w/ jacuzzi next haha jk jk
