This is Home
From the moment I was greeted at the office, I knew this felt like home—and three years later, I’m happy to say I’m here to stay!
The management team is truly exceptional. Doris (Manager), Jessica (Assistant Manager), and Alyssa (Leasing Agent) are all incredibly professional, friendly, and dedicated. They clearly take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organized community, which makes a big difference. It inspires me to take that same pride in where I live.
The maintenance team... , Carlos and Ely, are fantastic—always friendly, reliable, and quick to respond. Most requests are addressed within 24 hours, which is very reassuring.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, with landscaped green spaces, clean walkways, and great features like a dog park and wash area. The amenities are a plus—the gym and pool are always clean, modern. Inside the apartment, I love the spacious layout, updated appliances, and thoughtful design. There’s plenty of natural light, ample storage.
I Love my apartment, one of my favorite parts is the view—I can see the entire community, including the lake and pool, stretching all the way to 192. The sunrise and sunset views are absolutely beautiful.
I highly recommend this community, and we are walking distance to two great restaurants, The Miller Ale and Texas Roadhouse and to many shops and FL turnpike.
