Tareq grew up on the Southside of Jacksonville and attended the University of North Florida where he received a BS in corporate finance and management. Following his studies, he worked in finance before opening his own mortgage lending company. In 2008, Tareq made the transition from mortgage lending to real estate. He thrives on the personal connections he makes with his clients as he helps them navigate the real estate market. Tareq is passionate about making sure that his clients understand the ins and outs of the home buying process and serving as their advocate. With his thorough understanding of the unique areas and features of northeast Florida, Tareq offers sound advice to residential, as well as commercial clients. He has guided clients with the sales and acquisition of land, retail locations, industrial sites, warehouses, and office buildings. In his 13 years as a realtor, Tareq has received various awards. In 2020, with over $11M in sales, he was recognized by the Jacksonville Journal as a one of the Top 50 producing relators in North Florida, placing him in the top 1% of realtors in the area for the past two years. Now a resident of the growing area of Nocatee, Tareq enjoys spending time at the beach or exploring nature with his family.
