There is a limit of 2 people in a 1-bedroom apartment, and small pets (25lbs or less) are allowed - maximum of two pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a monthly pet fee (per pet) that is additional.

The property is in an ideal location just east of Federal Highway, and is close to local hospitals, I-95/I-595, the airport, and Port Everglades. There are plenty of food options nearby/within walking distance, and the building is within walking distance to a major grocery store. Young Circle is a few minutes to the south via car, where you can enjoy the weekly/monthly events as well as several special events each year.
