Still waiting on a used front door, Going on 4months. The property management company is not available to be found. Our onsite mgr is gone for 30days, so we have to wait on asking for an a/c that works. Roaches are horrible and vandalism is constantly an issue because we live right next to a homeless shelter.much more..no time

What a great building in the old Historic District. The Yacht club and marinas are just across the street on the Intracoastal Waterway, along with many parks and walking trails. It is a great place just to sit and watch the dolphins and manatees play. We are located within walking distance of quaint boutiques and some of the best restaurants in town. The palm lined streets and paver covered sidewalks give it a unique appearance. Our property is covered in Oak trees with Spanish moss hanging from... them. We have a small wildlife preserve with a gazebo on it. It is a great place to sit in the cool of the mornings or evenings and commune with nature. It is a wonderfully peaceful place to live, especially with the open Atlantic Ocean being less than a mile away.
