Hi good morning to all My names is Brenda Amaro and Francisca Serra Just wanted to say that I’m pleased with the maintenance they are a hard working team, they all are very respectful and when I put a work order on anything in my unit they always come on time and they do their jobs well and I want to thanks mr. Howard and Mr. James for the great and wonderful team My only concern it’s the residents that have dogs and that they don’t pick up after their pets. They let their pets poop in front... of my unit and it’s small very bad .. thank you

Disappointed.
The place is beautiful, but horribly ran. It's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone here, as they rarely ever answer the phones and close early daily. It's taken months to get the recertification done, as they nitpick for every single piece of information they can get from you. One of the ladies at the leasing office is horrible. Every time I went in there, I waited well over 30-45 minutes, while she completely ignored me. Never move into a Concord Rents facility. It's not worth the... cheap rent.

POOR MANAGEMENT AND MAITENANCE
It's going to be a year since we moved in and from the beginning, we noticed lack of care and maintenance. If you like to live surrounded by garbage, heavy noise by the construction right next to your window, pollution and crime, this is your place! The place does not deserve any star specially with the rent they charge, an amount changing every month it's not worthen!
