I wish I could leave negative stars. If you read all these one star reviews and think to yourself, it might not be that bad, IT IS. My lease isn’t even over and I have so many things to say about this place. The parking situation is an absolute disaster, you get one parking spot (two IF THEY HAVE AVAILABLE) no matter how many people you live with. You can’t have friends and family over and their own residents are constantly getting threatened to get towed. You’d think that for the lack of... amenities, they’d at least have decent parking. We have been here for 9 months and have been on that “waiting list” they say they have to give you false hope, and whenever we ask about this so called “waiting list”, they say they don’t know and have no answers.
Your rent will constantly have random charges and you can’t view an itemized bill to see where all these charges are coming from and DONT even bother asking the leasing office because it’s a dead end. They’re basically useless. They never answer the phone, they close the office at random times, and even when they are open and you miraculously get the chance to talk to them, they say they don’t have an answer and will call you and proceed to NEVER call.
Save yourself the stress, time, and money. There’s so many other BETTER places you can live at. All you’ll get at this place is unanswered questions, stress, and desperation. If you’re thinking, it can’t be that bad, let me tell you it can.

Love it
I actually wasn't going to write a review until I saw the one where the person talked about being late on your rent. I think communication is key. I had to pay my rent late once but I reached out to Nicole and had no problems. Both Nicole and Sky are really awesome. They are friendly and very fair. Also, my dog Milo loves his aunties to pieces. Except that it doesn't have a pool, I love it here.

The staff make it easy! Sky and Nicole are responsive and helpful whenever I need something. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and willing to work with me. Staff makes a difference They are friendly and caring!

DON'T MOVE HERE
You can do MUCH better than here. This property advertises one thing & don't stand by it. If you're ONE day late on your rent you'll find an eviction notice on your door. These people don't have a heart or a conscious. They only care about themselves. They have absolutely NOTHING to offer
