Do not move here, they will put you in collections for things they did wrong, and not give you your security deposit back. I was charged for things that weren’t in the apartment when I moved in, and damage to the apartment that was already there. after confronting them about it, it went from a $1300 charge to a $400 charge.

All they want is your money. Horrible Management.

The community is safe and the staff members are friendly. The apartments themsleves are just okay (you will become familiar with maintenance and the various noises that come from your above neighbors/ anyone in the hallway). Make sure to take clear pictures of everything before move in: windows, doors, cabinets, towel drying racks, and UNDER THE CARPET. As an ex-tenant who just had their entire security deposit taken and forced to pay $471 (for them to recarpet the apartment because of stains... underneath the carpet that could not have possibly occured during my lease term), I advise anyone intrested in this complex to look somewhere outside of Concord Rents management! They have a deal with spectrum that increases your rent by 100$ and is worse internet then you could get on your own. Also the first month we lived here our ceiling collapsed from water damage, maintenance never properly fixed it causing our laundry room to smell like mold. They also never fixed our stove or dishwasher even after several attempts to ask them to come over.
The women at the front desk are horrible and unprofessional I cannot wait to move out
