Great living community. Safe, friendly, clean. The new restaurant options on level 1 are great. Pool is awesome. Well maintained. Quiet community.

Zona village continually worsened over the 3-year period I was there. The problem mostly stemmed from changes in management. Given that this place is a bit on the more expensive side, they have a lot of empty apartments. And what I observed is that they will try every trick to force you into longer leases because you are one of the few paying customers they actually have. And for that higher price, you are not getting better service. The management is almost impossible to reach by phone, twice I... had to contact corporate just to have someone call me back. If you do not work during the daytime you can go downstairs to speak to them, but even then sometimes they're nowhere to be found for hours and even when they are in their offices they will actually make you wait exceedingly long times before asking what you even need. And I don't want to forget to mention the dog poop. This entire apartment is covered in dog poop. There is dog poop in the elevators there is dog poop in the stairwells, there is dog pooped in the halls, there's dog poop in the parking lot. They have people who come and clean but they don't clean all the poop and the poop continually accumulates. I also forgot to mention that it's not particularly safe, there are a lot of vagrants that casually stroll through the parking garage and first floor of the units or sometimes there are doors that are easy for them to access and come inside. The apartments are very spacious, great communication with leasing manager during move-in! Amenities are excellent and make living really convenient!

Love living here and the community feel. The local gym makes it easy to get my workouts in. I moved here from Ohio, having a pool that I can use anytime I want it such a privilege, they keep it clean and do a good job of maintaining the place
