I have lived here over 3 years. Besides Loving the location and the amazing accessibility to every place I need to go without exception and the beautiful spaces, the staff here is incredible and really makes the difference. Hiccups, yes, like anyplace, yet all that’s within the team’s control is A and the pluses far outweigh anything else!

Great place to live in this expensive town, there are dogs constantly barking and construction taking place for months at this point so it is a little annoying.

I’ve had an overall positive experience living in this apartment community. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby stores, restaurants, and main roads, which makes daily errands simple. The apartments themselves are spacious and well laid out, and maintenance requests are generally handled promptly. When issues arise, the maintenance staff is professional and responsive, which I appreciate.

The community is usually quiet and feels safe, which is important to me. Amenities are a... nice bonus, though some could use occasional updates or more consistent upkeep. Parking can be a bit challenging at peak times, but it’s manageable.

Overall, this community offers good value for the price and provides a comfortable living environment. With a few improvements in amenities and parking availability, it would be an even better place to live. Read More

Zona village continually worsened over the 3-year period I was there. The problem mostly stemmed from changes in management. Given that this place is a bit on the more expensive side, they have a lot of empty apartments. And what I observed is that they will try every trick to force you into longer leases because you are one of the few paying customers they actually have. And for that higher price, you are not getting better service. The management is almost impossible to reach by phone, twice I... had to contact corporate just to have someone call me back. If you do not work during the daytime you can go downstairs to speak to them, but even then sometimes they're nowhere to be found for hours and even when they are in their offices they will actually make you wait exceedingly long times before asking what you even need. And I don't want to forget to mention the dog poop. This entire apartment is covered in dog poop. There is dog poop in the elevators there is dog poop in the stairwells, there is dog pooped in the halls, there's dog poop in the parking lot. They have people who come and clean but they don't clean all the poop and the poop continually accumulates. I also forgot to mention that it's not particularly safe, there are a lot of vagrants that casually stroll through the parking garage and first floor of the units or sometimes there are doors that are easy for them to access and come inside. I lived here for 3 years and I will say every year got worse and I was happy when I left. Avoid this place is my recommendation. Read More
