Management here is horrible. They never take out trash to the point that I can see roaches running around the parking waiting to get inside of our apartment. Parking spots are different problem here… talked to manager several times but no action was taken… EVER.

I've been trying to get the check for the security deposits for months they gave me a check with no funds, they still don't know if they send the check or not, they stop answering my calls and emails, I still don't know why they can't even do something so simple even when I've been open to help. You'll find legal problems if you rent in here!

The management office is not responsive when it comes to services requests or providing information. I have been trying to reach out to Crown Residential about getting my deposit back after 45 days, and still no answer.

Stay AWAY !!! Garage open and cars broken into. Always full with no space to park on your floor. Entire staff needs to be fired. I’ve watched them YELL at residents. They won’t give you your deposit back. We waited months and they tried to charge us for things we did not do. Should have taken them to court. Trash always piled up. 130$ fees on top of rent. 75$ for internet that doesn’t work so if you work from home good luck. Will lie to you about every single thing and not honor what they said... because they’re incompetent and no one knows what they’re doing. Changed management 5 times. Good luck trying to get maintenance. They building was doing air bnb so there were random people partying drunk at the pool every weekend. Nothing safe or luxury about this at all. It’s decent. Office isn’t very professional compared to the team we had when I first moved in. And they are absolutely terrible at communicating with residents, via email, calls, etc.
