Overall, I’m happy with the move and the community. I’ve received amazing customer service from Talay as he’s very responsive and helpful. Some ongoing challenges include inconsistent internet/Wi-Fi quality, neighbors not cleaning up after their dogs, and the lack of bulk trash options. Hoping these issues improve, as the staff experience has been great.

It’s good, except for the community stone. People are dirty, and they don’t obey the rules they leave the trash out of the service of hours outside their doors

This is my first apartment where I've renewed my lease. Overall great apartment complex, residents are friendly and we've actually gotten to know some of them! The pool and amenities are super nice. Prices are little high but that's currently the trend in Miami. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade their living situation without having to move to downtown/brickell area.

Better than some, but not good

Dogs are leaving pee and poops all over the place and many barking dogs.

When we moved out, we were overcharged for damage we were not responsible for.
