Great place to live and share with a friendly and respectfull community in a safe environment.
Overall, my experience at Casero has been very positive. The location is great and the neighbors are friendly. I really enjoy living here and want to see the community continue to thrive!

I LOVE the community & the management/ maintenance workers! However, I had to give 1 less star due to REALLY bad neighbors and ALWAYS hearing their dogs (3 of them) bark so loud it sounds like i have dogs in my apartment MAJORITY of the night.

We love Casero, it’s an amazing and quite community. We have been living here for the past 7 months and everything is perfect. Amenities are beautiful

Overall, I’m happy with the move and the community. I’ve received amazing customer service from Talay as he’s very responsive and helpful. Some ongoing challenges include inconsistent internet/Wi-Fi quality, neighbors not cleaning up after their dogs, and the lack of bulk trash options. Hoping these issues improve, as the staff experience has been great.

It’s good, except for the community stone. People are dirty, and they don’t obey the rules they leave the trash out of the service of hours outside their doors
