Getting any info from the office about the lease was such an infuriating experience due to the lack of any communication for days, when I'm arriving in less than a week. The fact that my unit's price unexpectedly increased after I had already paid the application fees was such a backhanded occurrence, like they really will take every cent from you they can! The lack of any parking spaces at my building past 6 pm is insane, I'm forced to park by the front office after work every day it's very... frustrating as a resident.

Good but too much noise from the neighbors, I like the gym, the pool and the area in general it´s pretty good. It is close to my work so it makes it much better

Very nice buildings and apartments. Very nice area as well, with orange groves around the property. Communication from the office and maintenance requests are very slow however.
