No apartment is a five star review. The manager here at Camilla apartments is great. Much better than the last one. She is willing to help the residents who live here without a fight. The office staff is great. Jose the maintenance supervisor is always willing to help when needed. I hope this helps anyone looking for an apartment.

I won’t be moving anywhere else anytime soon. Will definitely renew my lease again the end of this year. Very quiet area. No drama. Loving that they are upgrading things

The office staff and maintenance staff are both friendly and excellent to work with. It's a nice quiet neighborhood to live in. I wish I could afford to live here by myself, but the rent for a 1 bedroom is too much above my budget.

If it weren't for the roaches, changes in management that causes issues for paying rent, The cost of the rent being quite high for having only one bedroom, I would give a higher rating.
