I have enjoyed living at Camila. I just wish all the costs would stop going up. Paying for a trash service and all these other things is hard. However, the customer service with office staff and maintenance has been great.

Poor Management
Management has shown a complete inability—or unwillingness—to enforce even the most basic community standards. A close friend of mine in apartment 1603 unit 206 has been dealing with constant, excessive noise from an upstairs neighbor for over a month. This isn’t occasional disturbance—this is ongoing noise at all hours, including 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM. They also have a dog barking during the whole day preventing him from doing his work peacefully. No one should have to live like this. They know... what I am talking about. I visited him once I personally heard all the noises and I asked him do you live in this mess, how do you sleep and he told me he can’t sleep at night. He will sleep only when they stop the noise. And my friend told me Despite multiple complaints, management has failed to take meaningful action. Their responses are vague, inconsistent, and ultimately ineffective. Saying “we’ll call” without follow-up or enforcement is not a solution—it’s avoidance. This reflects extremely poor leadership and a lack of accountability. What’s most frustrating is the imbalance: they are quick to charge residents for every add-on and fee, but when it comes to protecting residents’ right to quiet enjoyment of their homes, they fall completely short. If you are considering living here, understand this clearly: your peace and quality of life are not a priority. Unless you’re comfortable paying to live in a stressful and unresolved environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
