In this first month here, I've been having great experiences! The Brazilian community is very welcoming, the women in the office are helpful and polite, and the maintenance men are kind and do a great job. The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful!

The community was a wonderful place to live until the transition to the current management staff and the unforeseen circumstances surrounding the short 30-day notice to vacate, which was due to building issues that existed prior to move-in and were known to management well in advance. Additionally, communication has been inconsistent, as different staff members provide conflicting information while withholding important details that residents need.
