I have lived in this apartment community for two years. My first year here was a positive experience with the previous management team. Unfortunately, since the new management took over, the quality of living has declined significantly.
One of the biggest issues is the construction quality. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors as if they are inside your own apartment. There are also visible cracks throughout the apartment, and several doors are difficult to open and close... because they don’t appear to be properly aligned. Security and safety have also been concerns. Residents are not allowed to have Ring doorbell cameras, which could help provide peace of mind. The front gate is constantly broken—when it does get repaired, it seems to stop working again shortly afterward. We’ve also experienced maintenance entering our apartment without knocking, faulty fire alarms going off unexpectedly, and on Christmas Day 2025, the office failed to reset our keys or tell us anything about resetting our key fobs after we renewed our lease, leaving us locked out of our apartment for hours on Christmas Day. Management’s consistency and enforcement of community standards have also been disappointing. Residents receive warning notices over certain issues, while other obvious violations, such as a neighbor storing a large toolbox outside their front door for an extended period, are seemingly ignored. It feels like the rules are not applied fairly or consistently. Parking is another major problem. If you arrive home after about 6 p.m., finding a parking spot is extremely difficult, and you should expect a long walk to your apartment. Internet outages are also frequent, and if you have AT&T, cellular service is very poor throughout the community. As someone who works overnight in security, I also find the valet trash service frustrating. Residents pay a monthly fee for this amenity, yet trash is often left sitting for extended periods. When we brought this concern to the leasing office, we were told to start taking pictures of the missed pickups ourselves. Since this is a service we pay for, residents should not have to monitor whether it’s being completed properly. You do don't need to search for another place once you view this property. Beautiful and a safe place to live. Friendly neighbors to visit with after a hard day at the office. Food trucks with a verity of nutritious foods. Again, this is a beautiful and safe place to live with your children.

The new female Spanish staff member is very helpful and professional; the other lady didn't help resolve my concerns and came across as condescending.

I really like living here; the complex is well-organized, though it is very far away. I would like to stay here for another year and renew my lease, but with the hope that the road to Winter Garden opens soon.
