Nothing speaks louder than action. I’ve lived here for eight years. It’s not just an apartment complex it’s a beautiful place to call home.

I've only resided here 15 days, but so far my experience has been good. The move in process was excellent, the neighborhood appears safe, and the location of the apartment complex is awesome. The other tenants are very helpful, and the on-site staff are very professional and courteous to deal with.

Quiet, well maintained, friendly neighborhood. The park with activities next door is an added benefit of all the other amenities the complex offers.

My experience living here was extremely frustrating, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to do their research and read the reviews carefully before signing a lease.

One of the biggest problems was parking. Parking was extremely limited, and I would say that 95% of the time there was no parking anywhere near my building. If I came home after 4 PM, I would often have to park on the complete opposite side of the complex and walk all the way back to my building. This... became especially frustrating when carrying groceries, packages, or anything heavy because I had to carry everything across the entire complex.

The apartments themselves also felt very small, which made the limited space even more noticeable.

Another major issue was maintenance. There were multiple maintenance issues that were reported, escalated more than once, and even marked as “resolved” despite the problems never actually being fixed. This was extremely frustrating because you would report an issue expecting it to be taken care of, only to find that nothing had actually changed.

Cleanliness and trash were also ongoing problems. There were times when trash pickup was scheduled but the trash was never collected, leaving it sitting outside for nearly two days. Trash would also accumulate and overflow around the dumpsters and parking areas, creating unpleasant smells throughout the property. The common areas were not cleaned frequently enough, and there was regularly dirt, leaves, and trash around the entrances and outside residents’ doors.

Pest problems were another serious concern. There were frequent roaches and other pests throughout the property, including around the dumpster areas and inside the apartments.

Noise was another issue. There were frequent disturbances from children running around and screaming late at night, and noise complaints did not seem to be effectively addressed.

Finally, my experience became even more frustrating after moving out. After living here and dealing with these issues throughout the tenancy, I was shocked to receive charges against my security deposit for alleged damages that I do not believe we caused. More than half of our security deposit was being withheld, which I found extremely upsetting and unreasonable given our experience as residents.
