Unprofessional . Dirty . Rotting buildings. TERMITES EVERY YEAR. Neighbors aren’t the best. Some staff are nice but some aren’t. New management is unreasonable . Can’t have anything on patios besides chairs and a table . Maintenance does a horrible job. Have car wash area but water piece never works and the area for your car is dirty so it’s ironic . Also , not the cheapest apartments around but probably the oldest SMH . Better off paying $2-300 more for a newer more feasible living .

Poor management
Poor management, complained for months on the hallways being filthy and dirty with trash but was never cleaned until about 4-5 tenants moved out of the building. Pool is always dirty.

2 Year Resident
Lived here from 2021-2023 one of the best places ever. From the staff to the grounds keeping. Very satisfied with residing here. Did not renew lease because I got married and grew my family. We moved to a house. If it wasn’t for that I would still be residing here!
