New Tenant

Despite management issues, Yani has done a phenomenal job working through the adversities. She’s been a true help to my mother & I from the moment we came in to inquire to now as official residents. I advise prospective tenants to please be patient, as she is the only one who’s working exclusively to Skye Oaks. I recommend visiting in person rather than calling due to the heavy workload Yani has right now. Be patient! Yani will work with you and communicate as much as possible. Our application... and move in process has been smooth sailing. Any concerns we’ve had along the way, Yani addresses them promptly. The most important thing is to be patient, open, and ready to make visits in person. In regards to the actual unit, we are in the premium unit. It’s the second most updated type of unit with only minor maintenance concerns that has already been addressed and resolved promptly.

Horrible Dump- Rude staff

These apartments haven’t been updated I rented for a year when I moved in there were smashed roach in the 1st bathroom paint was a botched job, appliances and cabinets were from the 80’s at best. Pool was nasty green and other wasn’t open even though Covid was calmed down. This place is a joke it’s a trap. Marijuana was everywhere the smell would make you high to drive thru! Not a place for a family with small children! One star cause I can’t give them a 0.

Great Location and so much more

This is a great complex to live in if you have kids, need quick access to the interstate system, or want a variety of different food choices in a centralized area. There are a couple of schools within 3 miles, making this a perfect place for families. It is also close to to the major interstate hubs, making it easy to get everywhere in a hurry. It is also a quiet place to relax at the end of the day as well. The clubhouse and gym are well maintained, as well as both pools. There is even a... playground and small fenced area for dogs to run around. All in all this is great place to stay for those who are always on the go.
