The longer I'm here the more I'm finding things that I don't necessarily like.
1. None of the units appear to be the same. My unit does not have lights or ceiling fans in either bedroom. If I have an electrician come out and install them, that's an additional expense when other units have them equipped.
2. The appliances seem to be old and outdated. My washing machine is rusted. The stove didn't work properly and it took over a month before it was addressed.
3. Every maintenance... request takes forever to be completed. (1 - 2 weeks vs 1 - 3 business days).
4. The cabinets are all peeling; I need to make sure this isn't taken off of my security deposit upon moveout.
I've been attempting to give the community a chance since it's under new management but the changes seem to be extremely slow.

Community is quiet and neighbors are respectful. Had an issue with the valet garbage and it was handled quickly and a resolution was given. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. So far I have had a good experience.

I've recently moved into this apartment and couldn't be happier with my decision. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful—perfect for anyone looking for a calm, relaxing environment. On top of that, the management specifically, Genista and Sam, is extremely attentive and responsive to residents' needs, which makes living here feel truly cared for.
