Living at Boca Arbor Club has been great. The complex is well maintained, the office is polite and knowledgeable and maintenance responds immediately if/when needed. The community is full of families and there is no noice, ruckus or pet debris. It's lovely to see kids playing and folks walking around the lake with their dogs. It's a great place for work from home professionals because it's quiet and calm. The pool and gym are nice. The units are fairly updated, all in all this is likely one of... the best options for rent in Boca Del Mar. If I were to say it lacked anything I'd say it would be nice to have red light therapy, a cold plunge, Jacuzzi to compete with East Boca rentals but it's a fantastic place to live.

Nice beautiful location, and love the pool view that we have. Staff is pretty attentive as well. If you need maintenance they are also super fast.

My experience living in the community is good I’m happy I did that change. We enjoyed our new house inside and outside. People is very nice and friendly. We love walking around the neighborhood with my dog and he feels so comfortable too.
