My overall experience has been good thus far with a few issues with roaches, that I suspect may be due to my neighbor based on their lack of cleanliness on their porch. I also have had service tickets closed with no explanation even when submitted several times. As I am new to apartment living I cant attest if this is just the way it is. Its pretty expensive to live here so my expectations may be high as a result. I haven't had any major issues thus far and the complex is pretty peaceful and... clean for the most part. I like the proximity to everything so location wise its #1. I like that it doesn't have any 3 bd units. There aren't any clubhouse amenities but the pool seems generally maintained and the gym gets lots of use.

I do enjoy living here. The apartments are generally nice, and if I have a problem, maintenance is very responsive. Sometimes it’s hard to get into contact with the leasing office, but with the newer staff, I have received calls back which is great.

When I moved in the place was disgustingly dirty from all the neighbors it seems to be a trend. I had to pay a cleaning company the day of moving $350 for them to clean the townhouse the day of move-in well my my stuff stayed in a U-Haul overnight, which I had to keep an extra day because of this the house is still dirty. I still have spots to clean to clean. The fireplace still has wood and ashes from the previous owners. The bathtubs are disgusting falling apart tiles. It's just terrible.
