Generally no major issues living here so far.. Leasing staff is very friendly (dog loves greeting them) and the maintenance staff is very friendly. We have some nice general amenities like a small gym and roof terrace. We don't have huge areas so sometimes the gym equipment you want to use is being used and the roof top area is small compared to the much larger apartments in the area.
The location is pretty nice however. It is close enough to walk to half street where the bars and restaurants... are as well as the stadiums, yet far enough away it is generally quieter than those apartment spots. The National Mall isn't a far walk away either.
I do wish I had a little more apartment room, but that's DC for you.

Great apartment in a great location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of bikes and scooters to get around. I had a few issues when moving in but the leasing office has been very helpful getting things resolved.

The area is beautiful it's quiet in the area the staff are very helpful and are very nice I love that there is security cameras to keep us safe I love the way they walk you around and show you all the nice things they have in there building
