Living here was fine at first as time went on the noise level in the early morning hours is terrible my concerns went unanswered for 14 months and the problem still isn’t fixed I’ve chosen to put a n a sixty day notice to move I should have to live with constant stomping over my head every morning

Pretty disappointing all-around beginning with the application process & thru to my 2nd day as a resident. In the beginning it took over 4 weeks for an agent to respond to my numerous emails & calls about my lease acceptance which was only 7 days to move in. Not enough time to arrange my move. Thereafter communication and assistance to my move in questions have been spotty and delayed. Many things broken in the apartment (kitchen faucet, 2 sets of blinds, AC not working correctly, etc) with no... response. I also wasnt informed that my apt is next to the parking garage door so i hear the screeching everytime the door opens/closes. There is also a dog next door that barks constantly and i have no idea how file a complaint. Pretty disappointing…

The property, vicinity, amenities, and neighbors are great! There are a few touches in the apartment that are less than ideal for the price: poorly placed outlets, lack of drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms, mid-grade appliances, no smart home amenities, and sloppy painting throughout (on switch plates, ceiling, etc.).
