Everything is about the Jamison is very professional and the leasing office, maintenance, and security staff, are excellent.

I am not happy here as I once was. I have loved here since the building opened. I witnessed it get torn up and run down. This building could have been anything management wanted it to be. Mismanagement and lack of care has turned a brand new building into a roach infested, ran down complex. The new management team is no better. I would not refer a soul to live here unless issues we have been complaining about are addressed.

Do not recommend. Unresponsive leasing office. Still the online App is not working probably. Deposited a check and still showing due amount( calirfied through leasing office eventually not worry, excuse they are not caught up with their duties, still shows wrong due amount). Online app still doesn’t show the untility expenses and you have to go personally to get a print and write a check like old days till the new system sets in place.( after 3 months still not working properly). Community is... not clean. Multiple times requested information about early lease termination no one had information to share or instruct the resident. Safety concern and lots of domestic violations and aggression in the building from neighbors . Poor quality appliances and vanity. Read More
