Management is good most residents are good but unfortunately the bad outweigh the good I don’t think apartments should have dogs running around with no leash and pit bulls should only be allowed in private homes

We understand your concerns regarding pets. Our community has established pet... policies, including leash requirements, which are designed to promote a comfortable environment for all residents. We take violations of these policies seriously and encourage residents to report any concerns so they can be addressed promptly.
We appreciate your input, as resident feedback helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve and better serve our community.

I have lived here for over three years, and unfortunately, nothing has improved things have only gotten worse. The issues I’ve mentioned are the reason I will not be renewing my lease.
While the current concierge is better than recent ones, and the presence of security staff is reassuring, the only consistently positive interactions are with the security team and the cleaning crew. Everyone else remains difficult to reach or engage with, which adds to the overall lack of community and support... in this building.

Banner Lane is a beautiful building tucked away from the busy traffic of North Capital.
Coming up on one month I would give my experience so far a 7.5/10. Not because of management but because of elements such as : the difference in quality of living expectations from certain neighbors. Some care about the building and cleanliness...and others don't!
