We had an appointment to see one of the units and the leasing consultant was so rude and unprofessional. She didn't show us the unit at all at the end.

Think thrice about moving here.
Think twice before renting here — security and management are major concerns.
My daughter lived here and, unfortunately, her experience has raised serious concerns about the building’s security and the way management handles problems.
At one point, she was followed into the elevator by someone, which was extremely unsettling. Then, her storage unit was broken into. When you are paying to live in a building, you expect basic security and to feel safe in your own home and in the building’s... common areas.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there.
Now that she is moving out, the freight elevator is broken, creating an obvious problem for the moving company. What is especially frustrating is that management refuses to lock the elevator for the movers to make the move-out process more efficient. We were told that if we had used the loading dock, the elevator would have been locked. So apparently the accommodation is possible—but management is unwilling to provide it under these circumstances.
After everything that has happened, this has been the final straw.
A good apartment isn’t just about how nice the lobby looks or what the building offers on paper. Security, responsiveness, communication, and reasonable cooperation from management matter. Unfortunately, our experience with this building has left us questioning all four.
Prospective tenants should do their homework, ask very specific questions about building security and past incidents, and pay close attention to how management responds when something goes wrong. Once you’re a tenant, getting management to address problems can be a very different experience from the sales pitch you receive before signing the lease!

Management is good most residents are good but unfortunately the bad outweigh the good I don’t think apartments should have dogs running around with no leash and pit bulls should only be allowed in private homes

I have lived here for over three years, and unfortunately, nothing has improved things have only gotten worse. The issues I’ve mentioned are the reason I will not be renewing my lease.
While the current concierge is better than recent ones, and the presence of security staff is reassuring, the only consistently positive interactions are with the security team and the cleaning crew. Everyone else remains difficult to reach or engage with, which adds to the overall lack of community and support... in this building.
