Nice Area & Apartment
Nice views and nice apartment. I have been here for a few months now. Maintenance is great. They throw nice events for the residents. However, they have a roach infestation issue. I’ve been getting pest control treatments for months and the problem still persists. It doesn’t matter how clean your apartment is. It’s honestly annoying and embarrassing. The concierge's are very nice and helpful.

Channeling Great Vibes
I’m going into my 5th year living at The Channel. I can easily see myself here another 5 years. If you enjoy vacationing, staycationing, exercising, partying or simply enjoying yourself in general. The Channel is the place to live. Everything you need is within a mile away. Living here truly gives out a resort type of vibe. Come visit the area for a few hours and make an appointment to do a walkthrough with one of the great staff. It will not feel like a timeshare experience. Wow was the one... word that expressed my first experience at The Channel/Wharf and my last! :)

I've had a great experience as a resident so far! The staff is always friendly and responsive, and the amenities are well-maintained. I especially appreciate how clean the common areas are, and the location is fantastic. There's always room for small improvements, but overall, I'm very happy with my experience here!
