Maintenance staff is great and I love DeLandra the concierge. Amenities are great and the staff puts together great events.The upkeep of the building is top notch. Also, shoutout Jimmy the cleaner - he is so happy and friendly all the time

Overall, we have had a good experience here. The office is very responsive when there are issues particularly that require maintenance. I also appreciate that only residents can access their floors. My primary frustration is with the dog run area. I think it would be beneficial to install a camera on in the area so that residents that don't clean up after their dogs can be fined. I also would like working lights in the area for the evening.

It has been great living at the Burton. The staff are always so pleasant and the community is very friendly. The staff keep the apartment standards high and make for a very nice living area.

Overall, fine. The facilities are nice and pretty well kept, property staff is nice and pretty helpful in my experience. Not a bad place to live!
