Station house is beautiful. The amenities are very nice and the community is well preserved by the management team. The access to Union station and the capital bike share across the street are very useful for someone without a car.

Moved in 1 week ago, I live in a studio space, that is small, but space has been made where it can be made, and all appliances and lights work great. It is super convenient to schedule movers , and having the front desk email us about packages is super convenient. I also enjoy underground parking so I dont have to worry about my car. I also enjoyed the 2 events I got to attend on the ground floor. If I have to have a couple faults it would be that the water pressure is low, and the leasing... process was initially confusing with dealing with multiple emails and apps to submit documents, causing me to scramble on my move in day (However the leasing staff were very helpful and resolved the issues that arose. Overall, I am looking forward to my time here.

I just moved into Station House and am so far impressed! The staff has been helpful, the atmosphere is great, and I've noticed a lot of events being hosted! Excited to be a resident here.

It's been a great experience thus far. I've only lived here for going on two weeks but everyone seems very welcoming and the amenities are nice.
