Despite parking rent being $195, there are often issues with the garage doors. Twice the garage has not let me out, making me significantly late to work.

I really wish they would update the fitness room. The screens on the ellipticals and treadmills don't work, one or two are always out of service, quite a dull place and does not motivate one to visit. The pool is small and only available 3 months out of the whole year. Community events have dwindled and when they do take place, it is often during ours when most people are at school or work. Need to see more value for the amenity costs.

Overally, I have been very happy with the space after initially moving in. There's plenty of closet space and storage in the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen. The gym is clean and the patio is nice. However, the mailroom is a complete disaster. With so many people moving in, there are packages piled up. I can't even find one large package that was delivered to me.
