Getting in the door was pretty easy. Sherrod, Jada, Flo, and other staff members showed a lot of friendliness and positivity. The apartments are lovely, nicely appointed, and have great appliances, and the rooftop is pretty sweet. Impressed so far!

I really like this place. It’s a brand new apartment. Only reason I say that I haven’t been moved in a place in 33 years. I stayed in one apartment for a long time.

Enjoying being at Elevation, and continuing to count what I’ve previously mentioned in past reviews as positives. However, some issues have come up regarding elevator availability/maintenance, along with building plumbing. I am unsure if that is the reason parts of my utility bill have increased the past few months.
