This place feels like home. There is a staffed lobby, a very nice rooftop deck, and it's an easy walk to the Woodley Park Metro, Adams Morgan and the Zoo. The neighborhood is very walkable, and I've discovered there are many trails, and it's easy to get to Rock Creek Park. If you are a runner it's a great location.
It's a friendly building, in the Summer you'll often meet fellow residents on the roof and it's easy to strike up a conversation.
I recommend this building to anyone looking in... DC.

A great place to live
These are spacious, well-lit apartments in a well-kept building. The staff and the neighbors friendly; this building has a very good vibe. It's about a block and half to the Woodley Park Metro, 3 blocks to the Zoo and 1-2 blocks to some great restaurants on the Connecticut Avenue corridor.
It's an easy walk to Adams Morgan, but this is a quiet neighborhood with some nice parks.

best people and neighborhood
My wife and I lived here for 2 years (2018-2020). We cannot say enough good things about everyone there. The manager (Naa) was beyond reasonable and caring with every request we made. They take excellent care of maintenance and cleaning. And on at the front desk, you do not get any better than Connie and Stacy. They make you smile when you come home. The apartments are in the nicest, greenest part of DC in woodley park.. we miss the area. The metro is right there and you are close to two... neighbor spots.. woodley and cleveland park. Plus the zoo.. Plus rock creek. We strongly recommend this apartment for the people, neighborhood, and convenience. If you go, tell them Ryan and Gabi say hi.
