The Villager by Ansaldi. Less than a mile from the Interstate in either direction, located on a 'horseshoe' street, it's tucked away in plain sight! These older construction brick Townhomes are big, super-quiet, (they just built homes differently 40 years ago..in 9 years, I have never heard a peep from my neighbors, and they look newer than they are) have a full basement with washer/dryer hook-ups, lots of closet space, and plenty of privacy. Each unit has a private patio and the neighbors are... generally quiet and respectful of each other. The school district is EXCELLENT (always in the Top 3 out of the 10 in town)so if you have an elementary school aged child, this is a good place to call 'home' for a few years..Lots of trees, plenty of parking, close to the 'Rails to Trails' bike/walking trail that passes by a town park..heat and hot water included...Not bad at all!
