Great staff I stopped in to take a look at the apartments (getting ready to move to the area) and was helped by Andy. He was so kind and knowledgeable. There were even times he greeted some tenants by name. Not sure if this will be my perfect fit for an apartment but definitely a great experience. Thanks again!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!


Thin walls, you are going to hear that train EVERY SINGLE DAY!! Not to mention it gets cold in the bedroom due to poor insulation on the window. Oh and check the train schedule.. it starts early and ends late you will be able to hear it most of the night.

The garage gate broke at least 5 times during my time living there, and they would leave it broken for months at a time, so ANYONE could get into the garage at anytime. That was because they wanted to have it fixed “under warranty” but your...
car’s safety ain’t a priority.

The second floor door that leads to the garage didn’t work (didn’t need the fob to unlock it, always unlocked) for most of the time I lived there, and some of that time was when the garage gate was also broken. So anyone could access the building at that point.

They use a 3rd party company for the “garage purposes” so when I had a loaner vehicle and needed to add a temporary plate, they made me go through a 3rd party that ONLY offers support through email.

You can’t opt out of the valet trash, even if you don’t use it and some of the neighbors would leave garbage on the hallway for DAYS.

You can always hear your neighbors. The hot tub jets NEVER worked for the whole year I lived there.

Management has been changed multiple times.
This place isn’t the worst place I’ve lived in, but it’s definitely overpriced. Much better quality places in the area for that price

Everything is close to us!

The community has access to so much around us. We have the RTD across the street from us, a super target down the street and lots of other great things. I love my apartment here, as it is nice and spacious. The amenities are also top notch, I use the work from home spaces and coffee machine everyday. The new team here has been trying hard which is nice to see, in comparison to what we had to deal with before. All in all, very happy here now!

Grill starter Nobody has fixed the issue. The grill closets to the pool still hasn’t been fixed, gas is not coming out. Only one grill functions 100% correctly and the steel brush is disgusting.
