The Harper Apartments are truly outstanding! The recent renovations have completely transformed the community — everything looks modern, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail really shows, from the upgraded interiors to the beautiful common areas.
The location couldn’t be better — it’s in such a convenient and vibrant area, close to great dining, shopping, and parks. It really feels like the best of city living with a comfortable, neighborhood vibe.
Most importantly, the... entire staff deserves so much praise. They’re friendly, attentive, and always go out of their way to make residents feel welcome and valued. Their professionalism and genuine care make The Harper feel like home.

STAY AWAY
The apartments themselves may seem appealing at first glance but this is the worst building I’ve lived in. There are roaches, mice and most recently bed bugs (I have never dealt with any of these before) . If there are other reviews saying this..listen! Do not move here. The price is low for a reason.

Unsanitary building
This is the only apartment complex I’ve lived in that has been infested with roaches. You quite literally see them in the halls. I’ve also seen mice and heard from my neighbors about bed bugs. It doesn’t get worse than this building. Please do not move here.

Horrible place to live
We have been living here for 3 months already and everything in here is breaking down. Water pipes break down inside the walls and make the place feel like it’s coming down. Everything about his place is is horrible and wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here.

Poor judgement
My husband and I rented this apartment for one year we were never late on any of our payments but you were charged almost almost $340 to touch up a little blot of paint in the bedroom closet.so sad of them to charge us for something like that. He only nice person at the Harper was Scott the manager.
