My experience here at Sky Rock could not be better. It was a smooth, fast and efficient move in process, working with great knowledgeable and personable professionals, Colleen and Raul. The rent is amazingly affordable and with a lake walk just down the street, it’s nothing short of a dream world. I highly recommend this property!

Collen, the manager, is one of the best managers I have ever met. We looked for a place in Longmont for almost 2 months and decided to take Sky Rock. The place is quiet and safe! If you have an issue in the apartment, they come to fix it almost the same day.

I have loved living here! The apartments are beautiful themselves and the community is gorgeous also. I love living right next to the lake and the neighbors are very friendly! My only problem is there is one maintenance man so maintenance requests are answered pretty slowly.
