There were some broken /dirty items in the apartment upon move-in, but I love the space and community so far. I appreciate how quickly the maintenance request was done

Very beautiful apartments. Has a very Calm and peaceful vibe to them. This apartment takes things very seriously when it comes to their residence. Always on top of things, makes the residents feel seen and heard.

What amenities?

I have lived here for 18 months the pool was first closed and they didn’t start working on it until a good 8 months later. It’s still being worked on. The gym closed over 6 months ago and prior to that it was just a hot dirty room that kids played in.

Thank you for your review. We took over the community in February of 2024. Due to the timing, it was not possible to complete the reconstruction prior to the pool season. We are very excited for the re-opening this May. The fitness center is now open... and we appreciate your patience during this time. Thank you.

One Star is Too Many

Management: rude, condescending, lazy, unavailable, unresponsive

Maintenance: see above and add that when they do show up they leave the apartment trashed

Amenities: pool hasn’t opened in 3 years. Local junkies shoot up and sleep in fitness room.

Squatters: no less than 5 empty apartments within 50 yards of mine are constantly taken over by transients and homeless

I’d be happy to give anyone a personal tour of this dump so that you don’t make the same mistake I did.

DO NOT BRING YOUR... CHILDREN TO LIVE HERE!!!!!!!

DO NOT RENT

We lived with black mold for months. They claim they gotten rid of it each time but I have asthma so I could smell it. Management is TERRIBLE. They will lie to your face. Maintenance is non exist. Also if you fix on things yourself you will break the lease and They will use EVERYTHING to get you out.
