General: There was a cockroach infestation that wasn’t properly managed. We were being grandfathered into a paid parking program. We kept getting passive aggressive emails from management. We were severely overcharged for our apartment. Move-out process: People were nice but we didn’t get specific answers about what we were expected to replace/repair (e.g drip pans). We were charged for helping to prevent further cockroach infestation.

Very frustrating with the turnover of office staff. Non responsive to multiple requests. The bright side of this frustrating situation is that the Maintenance staff go above and beyond and take great care of the property.

There were some broken /dirty items in the apartment upon move-in, but I love the space and community so far. I appreciate how quickly the maintenance request was done

Very beautiful apartments. Has a very Calm and peaceful vibe to them. This apartment takes things very seriously when it comes to their residence. Always on top of things, makes the residents feel seen and heard.
