It's been a nightmare, the conditions of the Apartments are terrible, so much problems moving in, problems with heats in the Apartment I'm into, trash everywhere, restroom bath ?? big problems, I'm very disappointed with everything, Apartments in very bad condition, I was thinking at first went I was applying that was a very good option, but I'm not happy with the reality in this community, I'm sorry but it's way I feel about my experience.

So far, so good! The unit is remodeled and spacious so it feels like we won finding this place and the move-in process was smooth thanks to Arely! Looking forward to a long and peaceful stay!

General: There was a cockroach infestation that wasn’t properly managed. We were being grandfathered into a paid parking program. We kept getting passive aggressive emails from management. We were severely overcharged for our apartment.
Move-out process: People were nice but we didn’t get specific answers about what we were expected to replace/repair (e.g drip pans). We were charged for helping to prevent further cockroach infestation.

I was immediately welcomed into the community and I already feel at home. The move-in experience was very smooth. I can’t wait to have family over and show them the community live in.

Not a bad place to live has a really nice gym.And a very good location good lucation to work in family. So I like it here so far. And the staff is really good
